I came to DC for a weekend trip and boarded my dog for just one day, no overnight stay. The staff was very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable about dogs and their needs and behaviors. All the other reviewers who have commented negatively about the staff must have interacted with other employees than the one I dealt with. When I picked my doggie up, she was very tired so I know she had been playing all day, and, surprise! She smelled great! They had given her a bath and I didn't even ask for or pay for that. Also, I was given a report card about my dog's behavior and her strengths and weaknesses in interacting with other dogs, listening to instructions, etc. To me that shows a lot of concern\r \r more

I have used Little Rascals for more than two years and highly recommend it. The owner is very friendly and the employees attitude has improved. The owner loves dogs and has her boxers under control. I love to have them greet me at the door. My boxer ;loves the place because she can play all day. When she comes home, she i tired from a good day of play. Often , I watch her play on the Web Cam they have set up.\r more

Very professional atmosphere. The dogs are all calm and tame. It seems like they are comfortable. This is very different from other kennels where everyone is out of control and I love the fact that they all get out. more

They have later hours which is awesome and in the event of an immediate issue, have made me a same day appointment. The vets and the vet techs have always been so compassionate with me and my pets and I have literally been going there for years. more

We Will Be Back 5/3/2012

I've never seen Pepper so tired. She must have had a great time at Little Rascals yesterday. She seemed very happy when I picked her up, and she passed out as soon as we got home, which means she had a lot of fun while she was there. Thanks. We will be back. more

I LOVE Little Rascals! They are great! I LOVE the multiple options for boarding your pooch. Cageless, kennel, or doggy suite. I LOVE that you can watch your pet run around on a live video feed, it keeps me from worrying about my dog when I'm away. I LOVE everything about them. I highly recommend them to anyone. more

My dog loves it here. He's been going to daycare in another state for 4 years and Little Rascals for the past 6 months since moving to the DC area. I've tried other day cares and I know which ones he likes because he will happily run into the daycare upon arrival. more
