Worst

We went here for my daughters 3rd birthday and it was awful. The instructor was rude and condescending towards myself and our guests. Her helper came in late and didn't even smile...

I will no longer do business with the Little Gym. Called the owner about there sick policy after being at a class where a little girl was obviously sick, and gave it to my daughter. She tells me the policy is 24hr fever free, but they don't enforce it. If I notice someone is sick I have the option to leave and reschedule for another class. Refused to give me my money back without a $45 processing fee. Angela is the owner and she is extremely rude and unwilling to admit that she is running a DIRTY GYM! more

My little ones LOVE The Little Gym 11/1/2011

It's great fun! 8/30/2011

I'm in my 3rd semester with my grandson, aged 2 yrs. We have a lot of fun & he has gained experience doing things he would not have been exposed to at this age (the beam, bars, rings, etc) The instructor, Mary Lee, is so good with the children, making sure to include everyone, teaching a new skill each week, and sign language words. My grandson started doing the signs for "more" & "please & thank you" when we got home from the class. He really enjoys it. more

Just Ok 8/30/2011

The customer service was horrible and the teachers didn't seem to be interested in their job at all. There were actually two that we liked- Rachel (who left for school) and another young girl who was only there a couple of times (I wish I knew her name- dark hair). The others seem like they didn't want to be there. Never friendly to the parents and if they were it felt like it was being forced. My daughter enjoyed it but I don't think she liked a couple of the teachers and the teachers didn't care to get close with the kids. The one night that was fun was when it was Open House because the owner is there. more

My daughter loves it 8/26/2011

My 3 year old has been attending here for over a year now. She absolutely loves it. She has learned so much here. The only thing that is a semi negative is that if your child has already mastered the skills that are in him/her age level they wont let your child move up to challenge them. They prefer to keep your child with there age group which is fine however I would like the challenge for my child. Overall we love it and my daughter looks forward to it each week! more

We LOVE The Little Gym! 8/25/2011

Last December we were looking for an activity we could do with our daughter. We tried one class at The Little Gym and we were hooked! The teachers are awesome and the curriculum was challenging enough for my already advanced one year old! We watched her gain social skills, confidence and physical strength in the 10 weeks we attended class. There was no question in June when the session was over that we would be signing up for the fall/winter session! We LOVE The Little Gym and look forward to it every week!! more

It was fun but more like gym free time 8/25/2011

My 3 year old son had a phenomenal experience when he attended between the ages of 12 and 20 months. I attribute this to having a fanatastic teacher that was very hands on and motivated. My daughter's expeerience was average. It seemed like the attention to new skills was minimized and indidual attention did not occur. I am a working parent and did not appreciate phone calls during working hours to sign my child up for new classes. I expected more for the price I am paying for a small child to attend these classes. more

Bad Attitudes- hung over helper 8/25/2011

We went here for my daughters 3rd birthday and it was awful. The instructor was rude and condescending towards myself and our guests. Her helper came in late and didn't even smile at the children. It was a sunday and you could fully tell she was hung over. I hear her even mention it to the instructor when they were at the desk. The main instructor even mopped the floors before we even left. I WILL NOT recommend this place and we will NOT patron this establishment again. We had a big group of people and it was very embarrassing that the service was so poor. I could have had a better party in our back yard with our swingset and a few balloons. more

Great at first but we are now looking elsewhere 6/8/2011

As customers for almost 4 years, up until about 3 years ago I would have given them 5 stars across the board. But, in the past 6 months, I have fallen out of love. The class sizes have gotten out of control and in the parent/child classes, the rule of "one parent per child" is not being enforced which leads to way too many people in the small gym at one time...many kids had 2 parents at every class, plus some grandparents, and the odd time there was a sibling. I dreaded taking my youngest to class because there were going to be so many people it wasn't fun anymore. more

It was a wonderful experience for both of my Grandchildren! They really enjoyed it and learned a lot. It gave them a wonderful sense of self confidence! 6/7/2011

My Grandson was very scared of any activity where he would loose the safety of both feet on the ground. After one semester of Little Gym, we saw a drastic change. He attempted things that he would not have done before and his overall self confidence grew. I would highly recommend the Little Gym for all children. It was a wonderful experience! more

Happy since day one! 6/6/2011

My daughter has been attending TLG since she was about two years old. She's almost four now. It's been really great to watch her blossom and gain confidence over the last couple of years. She also loves Mark and Mary Lee and Miss Angela and always looks forward to going. We had her birthday party last year at TLG and I was pleasantly surprised. It was a blast for the kids and literally NO WORK for me! She is attending a camp this summer at TLG for the first time. Based on our past experiences, I am confident that she will like it! more

The owners are extremely involved with the daily operation and sincerely care about the children. Even their staff displays a genuine interest in all the kids. Everyone's high energy and enthusiasm creates an exciting atmosphere for fun and learning. Their imaginary play mixed with gymnastics gives the children a healthy mental and physical outlet. Great environment for kids... And parents! 6/2/2011

It's a place kids can learn and develop while having heaps of fun. For us the non-pushy, non-aggressive attitude is key. If only the kids could write this review, every Mom I speak to confirms her child LOVES Little Gym! more
