Poor customer service, unfriendly personnel and ridiculous policies. I went to the store to get a flower girl dress and shoes for my daughter; The salesperson told me that we cannot try the shoes together with the dress, my daughter has to take off the dress first and only than she may try the shoes. Trying to explain that the goal was to match the shoes and the dress was to no avail; she refused to listen, at some point I even thought she didn't speak English, as she kept repeating the same phrase about the policy, but than it turned out she just wouldn't bother to understand/have a conversation. Our trip to that store was a waste of time. more

my husband and I went to the store to buy a flowergirl dress for our granddaughter. We were in the store looking at dresses not one of the three women in the store bothered to stop their conversation and help.\r I found a dress which I liked but it had a stain. I said something to one woman and she looked at me but NEVER bothered to stop what she was doing to help. I also asked if they had her size maybe in the back and was given a very nasty ""NO"".\r I tried the dress on my granddaughter again and then said something to another woman. she went to the 1st woman who I spoke to. She took the dress in the back and then came back and gave me the dress and said ""Look no more stain"" I said but "" IT IS WET"" she said Vert nasty because I washed it and threw the dress on the rack and walked away!!!. BUT I noticed if someone spoke spanish they broke their necks to help them. more

Have you seen the movie Pretty Woman wherein the sales clerk refuses to sell items to Julia Roberts? Or the movie Selena wherein another sales clerk refuses to sell a gown to Selena and friend. Well, my daughter and I happen to have experienced the same scenario at Little Fashions in Jersey Gardens Mall today. My daughter is 8, wears size 14 or 16, tall for her age but not as tall as teens; instead of suggesting alterations of the length, the sales clerk told us, ""We don't have anything for her."" She has tried 3 gowns that fit but lacks elegance; therefore, we didn't pick them. The clerk was very vigilant with our movements as if we're there to rob her. FYI, I'm a nurse and I can afford the most expensive gown they have, which costs about $100, as I had afford purchasing my $500 Coach bag, which I happen to wear today. While my daughter was trying on a gown, the clerk was nice to the other customers; fyi, they didn't even buy. Again, while we were browsing their products, the clerk states, ""We don't have anything for her."" Guess what, we left the store and went to Group USA where we found a better gown that is worth $140 and better service. Pros: convenient location, low price Cons: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE more
