Editorial review from Citysearch 2/9/2014

Terrible. They charged $9 for a plate that had 1/4 a cup of beef that was half inedible gristle, old broccoli, and over-priced fried rice. Oh, and a soggy egg roll. They refused to fix the portion error, claiming it was not incorrect...yet, they keep deleting the photo I took of the tiny meal from their Facebook wall! They can't stand by their own product and refuse to fix the issues. Terrible food and customer service, they have majorly gone down hill lately. \r \r Instea, go to Sea Dragon for classy dining, China Inn for a good family place and big yummy portions, or Din Ho for authentic delicious classy Chinese food. All close by, ALL so much better! more

LOVE this place!! 9/17/2009

I come here about once a week, sometimes more often. The food is always GREAT, piping hot, service is EXCELLENT and fast, and the staff are always friendly, in a good mood and very obliging. On top of that the place and tables are always clean and you never have to wait to be seated. I've been there 50 times or more in the last year and a half and I've never once had an issue or had to send anything back, and I just can't think of a single bad thing to say. When looking for a new place to live in the northwest area, my bf and I considered some places just because of their proximity to Little China. It doesn't get any better than this for the price. A++. Pros: excellent, fast & friendly service, BEST FOOD & price, clean Cons: none!! more

Delicious food and great variety with a price tag that doesn't make you cry! 2/14/2009

I've been to a lot of ""chinese"" food places from the fastest of the fast (Panda) to the grand buffets to places like this one that seem to put a lot of home-style love into their food and business place. The food here is excellent and you can taste the freshness. There is no bright red/orange thick sweet and sour sauce here. You get a small cup of real sweet and sour sauce to dip things into. The food is most often served to you with a manner resembling art, and even the times I've been lazy and ordered delivery, the box of food is also well garnished. The salad sits alone looking attractive next to the main dish with the type of care that you see less and less with the hustle and bustle of ""fast food."" \r \r The people are always smiling at the restaurant, and will never hesitate to answer questions about the food and what they would recommend. They have never steered me wrong or tried to pressure me into something they honestly didn't think I'd like. I've been a fan of their homemade shrimp rolls and soups (wonton and tom-yum is excellent) as well as their rice platters and shaken beef which never fail to amuse my taste buds. The menu is a mixture of recognizable chinese dishes such as fried rice and sweet and sour pork, but mixed into the fare is numerous Vietnamese dishes such as Pho, Lemon-grass chicken with rice vermicelli, rice (and meat of your choice) platters. For those of you who are vegetarian, there is a section dedicated to those who either cannot or will not partake of the meat dishes. \r \r All and all, when I have the choice, I will go to Little China when I want quality food. It just so happens the prices are wonderfully reasonable, which is just icing on the cake. The fact they deliver when I'm not feeling like driving anywhere just makes it better. Pros: fresh food, awesome taste, good presentation, helpful staff, down to earth prices, delivery more

Absolutely the best Chinese food you will ever have, and at the best prices I have ever seen!! 10/16/2008

They have an extensive menu and the staff are so friendly it's more like they are family. My dad has really bad food allergies and MSG sensitivities so they make him a special dish whenever he comes with us. They go out of their way to make sure you get good service, and they deliver too!! Pros: fresh made food, great ambiance. more

Awesome food, great price! 10/3/2007

I just got my first order from here delivered to me, and I was fully impressed. First of all, the service was very convenient. It can be hard for Americans to order from Asian restaurants over the phone sometimes because of the common language barrier - with some places it seems I have to repeat my order 5,000 times before they can repeat it back to me correctly, and rudely at that. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very English savvy, and patient with me when I had several detail oriented questions being that I didn't have a menu to look at. The food got to me within 30 minutes, even though I had called only a minute after they had JUST opened up for dinner (at 4:30pm), but I do only live a few blocks away. The delivery man was very polite, and he repeated my exact order and total to me without having to be asked. As for the food itself, it was definitely satisfying. I had the orange chicken - which came in a very large portion, probably enough to feed two or three people. It was great, with very genuine authentic flavors. If you like Panda Express orange chicken, this is NOT the food for you. It was all very natural tasting, and I highly doubt they use MSG. I also got an order of fried rice, which was also big enough to feed at least two people, and was as good as any fried rice. I especially liked the fact that they didn't add any additional flavoring to it like some places do (*cough*Panda*cough*). I got two eggrolls as well, initially just to meet the $10.00 delivery minimum, but after eating them I was sooo glad that I did. They were the BEST eggrolls I;d ever had. I usually add tons of soy sauce to my egg rolls, but these somehow had so much flavor and great texture that I didn't feel like adding anything. Speaking of the soy sauce though, beware that the soy sauce they give you with your meal is a bit stronger than most (at least with my experience), so just taste it first and add a little at a time. All in all... a great and fulfilling experience! Pros: Great food for a small price, convenience, service more

The best around the corner Chinese ♥ 8/6/2007

I have lived where I am now for 13 years, and Little China has been there the whole time. Even though the ownership has changed and items have been added to the menu I still love it!\r My favorite is Egg drop soup, and cashew beef, but all of it is super great.\r Pros: not a chain, good food, variety, quick more

Amazing soup and spring rolls. 1/25/2006

This is a great little neighborhood joint. Try their Tom Yum soup, it is the best. more

Man I've been going here for years and now with the addition of their new vietnamese dishes I've been going here every night! Their new menu is fantastic and soundly priced with extraordinary service. Their delivery is a great alternative to actually leaving the house. It's fast and FREE!!!! I'm sure with their ever expanding menu that I'll be visiting them constantly. If your looking for a great place to eat I highly recommend Little China! Pros: Price, Service, Quality more

We love this place because they serve up good food at a great price. Their curry chicken (or shrimp) is very good, so is their Hot n Spicy Chicken, and I can get any of those for under $6.00 with very generous portions and an egg roll. Pros: Inexpensive, Great portion size more
