I come in every Tuesday for customer appreciation day , and there have been numerous times when I have had to wait for my order in the lobby due to it being busy . I don't have a problem with waiting for my order , it is the way customers were being treated by your employee named Angel that bothered me enough to make you aware in this review. I have never witnessed such bad customer service ever , anywhere, like she displayed over and over to your customers. She was very rude and had an ugly undertone in her voice which I definitely noticed from afar. I even overheard a couple of other customers waiting for their order bitching about her attitude saying they wouldn't come back to this location if they were going to be treated in such a manner. I on the other hand was waited on by the other young lady on the register next to Angel, whom was very bubbly and greeted me with a smile when I walked in and even had the courtesy to apologize for the wait after thanking me for choosing little caesars. If those two cashiers are working again next week when I come in , and Angels line has noone in it but the blonde girls line is long , I will gladly stand in the long line and wait to place my order . I do not know what the blonde girls name is as I didn't see a name tag on her. Thank You for taking the time to read this . I , being a proprietor myself , appreciate when customers let me know how they are treated be it good or bad. Had I been waited on by Angel , i would rate 1 star.
