So the other day, I'm sitting in the store taking a pre-employment test, and I overhear the cashier telling every one of the customers ""It will be a couple minutes, is that okay?"" before she takes their orders. And every other customer either complains about the 5 minute wait actually being 45 minutes, or they walk out. more

Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible 5/16/2008

The worst service I have ever had. Concept of pick up??? It took over 45 minutes to get order. Employees do not know what's going on at all, completely clueless. Manager does not care about customer service. They messed up on several orders while I was there. This should be the easiest place to get food yet it was the hardest. I would never recommend this location to anyone. They need to go under new management. Marcos the manager over there should be fired on the PIZZA PIZZA. On their website it says ""We want HAPPY HAPPY Customers"". Well, we were MISERABLE MISERABLE. Pros: There were no pros about this place Cons: Everything was bad from the food to the service to the management to employees working by health code more
