I was trying to get times to work out with my husband and tenant. Cindy wanted call them both and disturb at work in judgmental environments. I told her that I was communicating in a way that was least interruptive. I tried to be flexible and hear options but she was having none of it. Instead she wanted an answer immediately. She didn't care about the needs for my family or my tenant. She wanted to argue and interrupt. She even tried to hang up. By the time I was done I wanted to throw her through a window. Quality of repairs were good 3 years ago but front desk service is hell now.
