I had a great meal and a couple beers (wachusett Quinn) by the waitresses recommendation. I came in with few rowdy friends and our waitress was hilarious! She gave us prompt service, she was right on point with refills of our drinks, extra garlic bread. She tried talking us into dessert but we were STUFFED. I had the Rodeo burger it was excellent! One friend had a fried skippers? Platter and said it was really good. Another friend had fried lobster chunks. Everything came out quickly but we weren't rushed to leave. Great seafood and the place is nowhere near the ocean! My family and I are moving to Winchendon so my wife and I stopped in for lunch during the week. The place was empty. The atmosphere is country and cute. The waitstaff was attentive and friendly. They have a lot of lunch specials divided up into those that were $6.99 which were basic and those that were a little fancier and priced at $9.99. My wife got the fired scallops, fish chunks, and shrimp with the JoJo's (huge potato wedges). I got the blackened tilapia with rice pilaf and soup. The soup was good but I can't for the life of me remember what it was. The tilapia was fresh and delicious but it was NOT blackened, merely pan fried. Maybe they were afraid of overcooking it. Rice was good. Dessert was included with the special so my wife and I both ordered the chocolate cake. What we got was a tiny (maybe 3 x 3inches square) piece of what I assume was Entenmann's cake with white frosting. I guess you can't complain too much for the price and again the entree was delicious. Overall, a great place to eat if you're craving seafood in the western part of the state! its really a cute place, in which Winchendon needs besides another pizza place. I had the fried lobster dinner, however I only got 5 small pieces of lobster for 25+ dollars. Its definately, a place to go to get the seafood satisfaction craving. I grow up in Ipswich and lived in Gloucester, so its nice just to have a seafood place here. The waitnesses are pretty good, not exceptional. They were not rude though. Pros: you can buy lobster or clams in January Cons: too expensive more
