Me hanics wasted more than a 1/4 of a tank of gas to try and get the "cut out" issue to occur then charged me $85 for nothing as they did not find the issue.

Every aspect dealing with Lythia Hyundai has been a positive one. We love our Santa Fe, the salesmen were professional and made the experience enjoyable...which isn't usually the case when buying a car. And since that time, the service has been exceptional. The vehicle has been taken in three times for servicing since purchase, and every time the experience has been positive, and the charges fair. Lythia Hyundai is doing it right! more

We have been depending on Lithia Hyundai of Reno for all servicing on our Santa Fe Limited for more than two years now. It has always been handled professionally and the pricing has been quite fair. They have some excellent Service Advisors and mechanics. Highly recommended. more

Great customer service and a great product 1/2/2014

Bought a new car in April, It runs great, drives beautifully had a few glitches with the A/C and bluetooth but the dealership has honored the warranty and repaired the problems. The service advisor provided excellent customer service. more
