This company will not respond to any of the emails that I have sent them. It is very disappointing because we wanted to rent one of their vacation homes.

Hot and fun vacation 8/21/2013

We had one of the best times down in Pawleys Island. Litchfield took great care of us and we loved our beach house. The private pool was the real selling point for us. The price was good and the service was great. more

Service was fantastic 7/15/2013

We had an amazing beach house and the service was wonderful. We had a leaky faucet in one of the bathrooms and they came to fix it within the hour. Most places I have been at don't have service like this and it was appreciated. They were very concerned and wanted to make sure we were having the best vacation and we really did. I would come here again and rent with Litchfield Real Estate. more

Our trip to Pawleys Island was fun and amazing. The beaches here are outstanding. Our house was really clean and medium size, which was great for us. Service was top notch and one reason I would rent from them again. more

Shipyard Village Condo 5/14/2013

These condos were amazing here. We loved the view, outdoor pool, kids area, spa, and so much more. We never ran out of things to do here. I promise you that your family won't get bored. Beach is gorgeous and its easy to get to. more

Warwick condo 3/28/2013

Warwick condo was perfect and we owe a big thanks to Litchfield. We love staying between Pawleys and Murrells Inlet. This place was perfect for it. When we stayed it cost us around 1500, which was a great rate for its location. I would call again. more

This area was beautiful. The lakes and marshes made it very peaceful. Our townhome was located lakeside and had the best view of the lake. I would rent this place again. Service was very good and helpful. more

Inlet Point tower was an amazing place for our vacation. It was oceanfront and offered great amenities. Although it was just some friends and I, I would recommend this place with families and smaller children too. They have alot to do around the condos. more

Pawleys Rocks 4/20/2011

I have been to this beach a million times and it seems to be just as nice with each trip. We rented from Litchfield and had a very nice getaway. The beds were very comfortable and its easy beach access was enjoyed by the whole family, especially my nephews. highly recommended. more
