if you're really in the mood for grilled meats, head down 280 east into ironbound and dine at one of the many restaurants that offer traditional ridizio. this place can't hold a candle to that. the food we got was fresh, but for $31, i expected much more meat than what we got. the beans were freshly prepared but on the bland side. plantains were good. rice decent. order ahead of time and pickup otherwise you'll be waiting 10-15 mins to get your food, if you do decide to give it a try. like i said i've been spoiled on real rodizio, it just makes more sense to make the trip to newark to satisfy the urge.
Pros: friendly owner
Cons: low value, ok quality
