When you walk to the backof the store, it becomes a place far away from the hectic mall that you just came from. They play classical music in the back ground. It's almost a serene experience. I highly suggest this place to get away from the hussle and bussle of shopping especially this time of year. Also the prices are reasonable compared to independent tea places in which you have to pay $25 - $35 a person. I believe I pay about $15 to get sandwiches and tea. Try their taragon chicken. You don't have to make reservations and I have never had to wait in a line. I guess when people go to the mall, they don't even think to rest and have tea and scones. That's the advantage for us tea lovers. And they have extensive tea list. You will very much enjoy this place.
Pros: quiet, no waiting
Cons: location
