Best State Farm Agency in DFW 9/20/2010

I have lived in the DFW Metroplex since 1995, and have had other State Farm agents, but none can compare to this agency. I have been impressed with their willingness to go the extra mile to make sure that I am happy, and I can sometimes be difficult to deal with. In addition, I know that when I make changes to my policies those changes are always done right the first time. I do not have to call back over and over again to make sure that things are done correctly. I just moved from Allen to Prosper, and no matter the distance I plan to stick with this agent and her wonderful staff. more
