Having been a customer of Erie Insurance, I thought I would stop in and compare my current insurance agency to what Lipstone could offer. I was greeted by the most unprofessional and rudest office manager that I have ever encountered. She told me she didn't have time to help me and to take my business somewhere else. She walked away from me leaving me standing at the front door, stunned and shocked. I would not recomment this insurance agency to anyone in the area, having being treated so unprofessionally I wouldn't want this agency protecting my home, life or auto....buyers beware and stay clear of LIPSTONE INSURANCE!
