If one day you don't want to listen to anyone...call me I promise to be there for you and tell you about how FAIR this man really is. Fair for 22 years ! 3/19/2009

This Jeweler has been in business for 22 years and has always been fair.This customer brought in approximately six items for cleaning and polishing and the jump rings on the bracelet had to be soldered. You won't find a Jeweler "ANYWHERE" that would do this amount of work for FREE !! He charged you $10.00 to polish each item and $20.00 to add the jump rings and solder them. Didin't they look like new when you picked them up ? Of course they did ! Tyhank you very much ! ***** 5 Stars ! more

Reality check 3/19/2009

The man is fair, and his prices are fair, and are at market pricing. He is polite, listens, and seems to be a competent jeweler. I did read the other comments where she wanted FREE work and think that's idiotic. Has she priced how much it costs to run a store there in Harbor springs? If I expect quality, I am willing to pay for it, and he delivers quality for a fair price. more

Your Fault 3/2/2009

That sounds like it's your fault. I've been in the jewelry business for quite some time, and you didn't shop around. 1) you are in HARBOR SPRINGS, yes they are going to be higher, and two, if you brought them in individually, you wouldn't have been charged for them. It takes time to do these things, you can't expect to have it handed to you. This store is amazing, I've been there several times this year, and will go back every time. more

Way Over Over priced 9/16/2006

I asked for two minor round links to be added to a sterling silver necklace which would have made it larger and to polish that necklace plus another. Also gave him two flat silver initial pendants to polish. He charged me $65.00. Most jewelers would do it for free. Boy did I get taken. I do not recommend this jeweler to anyone. It also took a week and a half to have this work done. No stars here. more
