DO NOT USE LIONS VALET 1/30/2011

I went to a party held at Lucio's BYOB & Grill this past September. Lion's Valet handled the valet parking. After exiting my car and handing over the keys, I see the valet back up over a curb and scratch my front bumper. I had about 15 witnesses and Mark at Lions initially said he would take care of it. But after a while Lions stopped returning my calls. Do yourself a favor and use a reputable valet company like Elegant Valet Service. more

I plan a lot of events and have tried various valet parking services, but Lions Valet Parking is by far the best! We hired them for a reception in our home on August 4, 2007. From my initial conversation with Sam, who was detailed and very professional, to the follow-up email and confirmation call before the party, to their willingness to cheerfully stay when the party went on a bit longer than expected, they were top notch. I had a private party on Feb. 10th. These guys came ready half an hour earlier with tickets sign & umbrellas for rain. Pros: Very professional company.Thank you Sam. Cons: None/Call in advanced to get quote and reserve the date. more
