I need to get my wedding dress cleaned, so I called Lionheart and asked the price--and they assured me that it was $15 for formals. I asked them to confirm for me that this was the price even for a wedding dress, and they again assured me it was. When I went to drop it off, they said it would be $75. I asked about the call, she looked at the dress, and said since it's a simple dress, $35. They would not honor the price I was quoted, so I didn't have them clean the dress.\r

I called later in the day and talked to the owner, and told her that I felt misled and would be taking my business elsewhere. I told her I wasn't trying to be a j*rk, but that she needed to know that her employees are poorly trained regarding pricing and if it's happening to me, it's likely happening to others as well. She proceeded to tell me that I *am* a j*rk for telling her I would be taking my business elsewhere. I was floored. \r

I will personally never take any other items here for cleaning; I do not feel I can trust their pricing or their care for their customers. It's one thing to not honor the quoted price, but the lack of civility on the part of the owner when I brought up the topic is what led me to write this review.\r

Avoid, avoid, avoid.
Cons: Rude owner, inconsistent pricing, won't honor quotes.
