I can not recommend Linsey Eye for several reasons. \r
One: The glasses that were ordered for my son were never completed. Week after week I waited for them to call and tell me the glasses were done, and they never called.\r
Two: I would have to call each week, only to find out that the frames were broken, the next week the frames were lost, the next week they were broken again, and so on for more than a month. We finally requested a refund. They promptly told us, "" Oh you'll have to get your money back from the insurance company."" They didn't want to pay us our money back, and they are the ones to whom we gave our credit card too. They left us hanging with the insurance company to get our $164.00 back. Three; Their lack of organization and customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I was told that we would be charged a shipping fee because the glasses would have to be mailed to us since we were on vacation there for two weeks and they should have been able to have the glasses done. They should have said they will ship them at\r
their cost due to their mistakes.\r
We then had to attempt getting our money back through the insurance. The insurance told us that Linsey felt the should not have to pay the insurance company because, "" they (Linsey had spent time working with us, and they felt they deserved the $164.00 just for talking with us.""\r
We had no doctor visit with them. We had our own prescription, and doctor, so they had nothing to do, but just put the order in!!! That's an incredibly stupid business ethic, and profoundly hard to believe they stay in business with that kind of service.. It's all about them and not at all about the customer!!!!! Well after 8 weeks, we finally got our money from the insurance company, but they will not get their money back from Linsey. They pocket the money, and didn't do anything for us.\r

Never again will we visit their stores!
