As long as you do not complain at Lin's, the restaurant is good. I have been going there for 6 years, mainly for takeout at lunch. They recently changed their containers and when I arrived at my office, the brown sauce was all over the bag, covering the fork, napkins, and sauce; it even got on my desk. I called to complain about the container and asked for the manager. The man answering said he was. He not only did not apologize, but proceeded to add insult to injury. He asked if I thought he should come to my office and clean my desk, he asked if I thought it was their fault, and then he asked if they do not have right to change their containers. I cannot eat at a place that not only does not allow for comments, but treats them with no respect. Good bye Lin's, your food is not that good to take your insults!!!
Pros: there are no pros when you can't complain or ask to change something
Cons: Service is awful; they are rude noncaring people
