Watch out for cruel euthanasia's. I was REFUSED a sedative for my cat, and her last moments were of fear, terror, pain, struggling to get away and yowling loudly with all her might. It didn't matter to this young arrogant vet. I was told by her ""I got the job done"" meaning she killed my cat and that is all that mattered. Seems she doesn't believe in a peaceful death. Tess Jarmain compared the yowls and struggles of my cat, to her taking a blood draw from an animal. So if you hear your pet yowling or screaming with a blood draw at her hands, then owner beware and forewarned. Cold, callous. When I complained to Dr. Ben Braat, he called himself a ""coward"" and would not even tell her to use a sedative from now on. ""I don't teach medicine"" I was told. Demand a sedative for your ill and old pet, or find someone that will do it humanely! more

Great Animal Clinic! 3/29/2011

Have been going here and happy with it, and then my dog ate something bad and got very sick--the people and the vets at Linn Vet Hosp were above and beyond caring and compassionate. Dr. Braat found out what was wrong with my dog and fixed him up, when I would visit him his cage was always clean with a nice comfy blankee. I highly recommend this clinic for animals. And their prices are reasonable. more

Linn Veterinary Hospital is by far the most caring, compassionate, and professional group of people, no matter if you have a kitten or a Clydesdale! The Doctors provide farm calls for the convenience of the clients that prefer not to haul their horse, cattle, or whatever other livestock into town. Have never had a problem getting an appointment for our dogs. Staff always answers any questions you might have regarding the care of your animal. If you really want the best veterinarian care for your animal, then you really need to see the wonderful folks at Linn Veterinary Hospital!! more

This is by far the best vet for my horse! When I first got him he got hurt really bad and Dr.Braat had to come in on emergency and haul him in to the clinic to stay there for 4 days. Never wastes your money and had very good prices. Know my horse by name and treat us very good! more
