Liner Tire

Beware of these guys.....very unprofessional and careless in their work. First time I went to them to mount four tires on a high end Mercedes AMG, i had to return the next day because they neglected to add a standard sealant that would prevent the tires from deflating. The third time I went was much worse... One friday I got a flat tire. I purchased a replacement online, to be delivered to Liner Tire the following day at an $80 overnight delivery surcharge. I called Liner Tire immediately after ordering because I am a very precise person and I like everything to be well planned out. I tell them the tire would arrive at noon the next day, and ask if i could come by between 12 and 2pm...they said sure, no problem. The next day I call at 12:15 only to find that they are closed. Their website says they are open till 3pm on Saturdays, a sign on their door says 1pm, but apparently they closed at noon. Stay Away - Came in with tires I bought online at 5pm on 4/18/06. I paid $100 to mount and balance the new tires and went to my car to grab my bag, after a minute the manger came running out saying he can't do the job for two reasons in a very rude manner: 1) it was to late in the day. 2) I paid to little. Now for the record, I drove in and they immediately approached me and didnt say anything about it being to late. As for payment I paid exactly what they asked - $25 per tire which seems reasonable. LEARN HOW TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS. The other staff is mostly nice though. I left and got the mount and balance done at my dealer for $55. Like I said - Stay Away. more
