Failed to deliver the proper product, that we agreed upon, and failed to meet the delivery requirements we contracted for. When I tried to address the issue, we received the run-around. Eventually we talked to an individual who already had his mind made-up that I was a ""troublesome customer"". He completely failed to effectively listen to how I wanted to rectify the situation--eventually telling me he could not help me. No apologies from him or his organization, not one. \r

Very disappointing, especially because we were enthusiastic about the price of the product.\r

You get what you pay for. Shop around, spend the extra 10-15% from a more reputable company with good reviews, and you will not regret being stuck with a lackluster product--nor being treated so rudely.
