Lindstrom Family Auto Wash

Lindstrom's Family Auto Wash, you're sneaky thieves. There is nothing ""Family Oriented"" about stealing from a woman with a child. I actually signed up to here just to write this review!! I would never go here and would never recommend it to anyone. My girlfriend was a customer here for 5 years and the first time she had her car detailed here they went into her glove compartment and into her day planner.. They decided to snoop around and decided that it would be nice to steal her credit card. Now she has reasons why she keeps it in the glove compartment that I will not get into as if the thief sees this review I don't want them to know what they're in for but it's unbelievable... She has a baby car seat in the back and they felt that this credit card would best serve them instead of her. If this is the mentality of the people here then you're better off going somewhere else!!! more

I Go in to this Lindstrom's every chance I get. I see the same great results on a constant basis. I would not mind seeing more workers on my SUV so time would be cut in half. Pros: Super Clean Results. Cons: Time is a factor, Not enough workers on my SUV. more

Ticket writer very nice. Employees in the red shirts work very hard to get my car clean and dry. 2 guys usually dry it off inside and out. Needs at least 4 men to do the job quicker and more accurate. Very pleased with these hard workers they deserve every cent. Great lobby area and friendly shoe shine guy every time I go. Very fair pricing and I always have enough left over to tip. If you haven't been to Lindstrom's then you should give it a test run, you will love the results. Pros: Lots of kindness and care from the guys in the red shirts. Cons: Not enough men on my car. needs at least 4 men per car. more

Went to this car wash for years and always had good luck. However, recently took my mom's brand new car there and one of the attendants had some grit in their cloth and badly scratched up the hood. There is absolutely no doubt that this was done by the car wash. I understand things happen but the management was completely evasive and unresponsive. Really bad experience. Beware. more
