Lindstrom AC just installed a new AC for me. The crew that came to my home was superb and the supervisor of the team was very informative and helpful. They even helped me with my air filter system. I am glad I called them first. more

Bad job and rude Mike 9/1/2010

My wife and I called this company to maintance of 2 air conditioning systems. This guy Mike came home. My wife and i did not like his attitude.When ask question in how thing were o what he reccomended he said something like it is up to you or I dont know,,\r The line in one of the airs was in need of flushing cause was backing up and he did a terrible job cleaning the line \r @ days after we have to calles another company and there were algae in the system that he did not clean!!\r No worth a penny. to spend\r My neighboords I we are not going to call this companie any more more

World Class Service! 5/14/2010

We were very satisfied with the purchase and installation of our new air conditioning system from Lindstrom Air. Everyone was professional and courteous. The two installers worked very hard. It was a large job and they worked until 9:45 p.m. to get it done. They had a great attitude and were very pleasant the entire time! I would highly recommend Lindstrom Air Conditioning. ~F. Highly Recommend Lindstrom 3/14/2009

I have to preface this submission by confessing that I am writing this out of guilt. I have consistently complained about the lack of service that I have experienced when dealing with ?all? Florida vendors. I feel compelled to qualify that statement by adding, ?with the exception of one?. After complaining so much, it is now time to give praise where it is due. From the time I switched to Lindstrom Air Conditioning for my air conditioner maintenance and service several years ago, I have been pleased by their promptness, courtesy, honesty and over-all good customer service. When the time came to retire our old unit this past summer, I shopped around so that I would be comfortable that I got the best deal. Not at all surprisingly, I ended up purchasing the new unit from Lindstrom. The price was good and the service was excellent. I absolutely have no guilt in recommending ?this? Florida vendor. more

Quality Service which is hard to find 3/12/2009

Good service \r We've used Lindstrom Air for years and always buy their service contracts to keep our systems running smoothly. They've always done a good job in scheduling service and taking care of our units. When we did have a problem, they came out immediately and were able to fix the problem on the spot. Their contracts aren't necessarily cheap, but they provide peace of mind and I think you get better overall service when you have one. more

I purchased a new a/c unit from Lindstrom and have been very pleased with both the performance of the equipment (I'm saving substantially on my electric bill!) and the service. The folks who answer their phones are very helpful, too! I would highly recommend this company. more

Oscar winning service 3/3/2009

A product that can stand by itself is one attribute. The best service that I have seen in years, puts you at the top. We have been babying our old air conditioning for years, waisting money & struggling through hot summers. Finally we gave up & called 3 company's & you were the first to show. From the day Tony Gubello sat foot in our home it has been professionalism to the highest. His knowledge & attitude is what it takes to put anyone on top. From explaining the product & organising the installation to just being there while Nigel Findley & his crew got us up & running in record time. These guys left my home cleaner than when they started.You should be proud to have a team like that standing behind your products. Congratulations & keep up the good work. more

Outstanding customer service! 2/26/2009

When I moved into my new home, I "inherited" a Lindstrom air handler. No instructions existed on how to operate the programmable thermostat nor the humidistat. I phoned Lindstrom. The woman I reached identified the right thermostat simply by my description of it. She walked me through the basics for immediate use and promptly sent replacement manuals to my home. Later, I had a question about how to use the humidistat most effectively. One of their top executives called back and educated me. He was most generous with his time and exceeded my expectations for follow-up service. When it's time to buy new, I am going right to Lindstrom. I trust them - and that's key for me in doing business. more

Very Satisfied 12/11/2008

We just purchased a new Trane air conditioning system from these guys and we could not be happier! Our salesperson was such a gentleman and the guys that worked here all day to put it in were fabulous. These guys are real professionals and earned our business. Lindstrom Air Conditioning Inc.Comes Through In Holiday Week! 4/12/2007

On Christmas eve, 2006, our air conditioning quit. I contacted the company the previous homeowner used and they made things worse and then could not fix the resulting problems. I then contacted Lindstrom who came to the rescue like the cavalry. Lindstrom actually came when they said they would (during the holiday period) and had the technical expertise to fix things the first time correctly. I am very impressed and recommend them unconditionally. more

Fast service 7/9/2005

Right in the middle of summer after we bought our new house, the air conditioner went out! We called Lindstrom and a tech showed up within two hours! He immidiately fixed the problem and gave us tips on how to make sure we keep our air conditioner continues to work. more

Always on time 6/23/2005

When we built a new home, Lindstrom Air is the company that handled any air conditioning issues that came up. We had them come out a handful of times and the worker was always dressed neatly, right on time, polite and fast. They recommended ways to save money and that we appreciated a lot! PROS: on time, great service CONS: none more
