I called on a Sunday around noon to ask what the hours were and asked if I needed to make an appointment. The girl on the phone said no, walk-ins were welcome. So, I took my two kids around 3 o'clock. There was a party in progress. The girl at the desk said that someone could cut one of my kid's hair at 3:30 and another one at 4:00 or both of them could be done at 4:00 so that they could finish together. I decided to wait until 4:00 so for an hour, we walked around the mall. Came back about 10 mintues 'til 4:00 and was told that someone would be there right at 4:00 and someone else at 4:05. First of all, there is not any place to sit down while you wait. Secondly, my oldest daughter asked the 2 girls behind the counter several questions (like all 7-year olds do) and they were not very friendly and seemed annoyed. By 4:15, no one had showed up to cut my kids' hair so we just walked out without saying anything because honestly, they probably didn't even notice that we had left. It was very unorganized and not kid- (nor parent) friendly. If you don't like kids or know how to cater to them, you probably need to find a job that does not involve kids. Also, all clients should be taken care of, not just the ones having parties. Word of mouth is a powerful thing and I will never ever recommend this salon to anyone. I'll go across the street to Whata Cutie Cuts (in the Toys R Us shopping center) where kids are treated like kids and the parents are treated with respect.
