Had a loan approval before i went there, Salesman was helpful. Couldnt do anything with my trade in, I understtod that. Wanted to just get the truck without the trade but I had to leave for work and left with him that I wanted the truck and to let me know. 8 hours later I called him. For some reason he needed to talk to his "special finance lady the next morning" I didn't understand the 110% loan crap. Thought about it an hour called and left a message to forget the truck. Something funny if you go in with a loan approval from 1 finance institution and they want to go elsewhere. Recieved a courtesy call the next day and the young lady wanted to know what the 1 reason why I didnt purchase I told her finance department. She was very pleasent and said she would contact the sales manager and he would call me. Still no word and it won't do any good. I can't wait till I contact my financial institution and let them know whats going on. Very questionable if you ask me. more

I worked with a great sales person when I went in to buy my new Civic. He was very knowledgeable and he wasn't pushy at all. The show room is nice and they had an area with drinks, etc. for while you are waiting which is nice. They didn't have a HUGE selection of cars with the options that I wanted, but I found one I liked anyway. They were willing to make a good deal with my trade-in and even installed a spoiler on my new car free of charge. more
