The Service department does a good job of setting up appointments when you need to come in but that's all they seem to do well.
In a nutshell they are not thorough and the service reps seem to have a problem communicating what the customer requires to the mechanics.
The worse thing that happened to me: Drove home after they worked on the engine and had to get a wrecker to carry the car back in immediately. Oil was everywhere. They didn't seal the engine back properly. Talk about attention to detail.
Now a year later the same problem is back. I think overall it was just poor workmanship.
It's a hit and miss when it comes to customer service. Some of the reps are great, others are mediocre.
