Worst

After the sale is over, they provide terrible customer service! Will not answer phone calls in a timely manner. When they do answer the phone, the employees don't pass on messages...

My husband has been buying his vehicles from Greg at Lindquist for 5 or 6 years now. In 2011 we purchased 2 new cars. We are so happy with the service they provide. Lindquist picks up my husband's car from work for servicing as a courtesy. How convenient is that? As for me, each time my car is serviced, there is someone in the waiting room that ONLY uses Lindquist. One gentleman moved to another state and drives back to Bettendorf just for Lindquist. Impressive! Each time we buy, we are treated with respect and courtesy. They meet our needs financially when buying and trading, which is extremely important for a growing family on a budget. My husband is very content knowing that his family is safe and well taken care of in our vehicles. No worries with Lindquist. more

Buyer beware!! 10/2/2007

After the sale is over, they provide terrible customer service! Will not answer phone calls in a timely manner. When they do answer the phone, the employees don't pass on messages. When you complain, you are told you didn't spend a lot of money, so what do you want? Save yourself grief and look elsewhere. Pros: Friendly before sale Cons: No customer service after they have your money more
