My son started at Linder and we made full payment for many visits - then Linder billed our insurance - they are an in network provider for my insurance plan. Insurance paid Linder, I already paid Linder and can not get a reimbursment of my fees. I have called my insurance company 15 times to work with Linder and they hit road block after road block - they were at a lose as to what to do next because they have paid them in full. So, I wrote a letter to Linder and after Mary the office manager read it she called me and told me she would go over the account and get back to me by the end of the day. Did not get a return call from Mary that day. I have been asking for my refund for 5 months - they have given me dates for the refund and an amount which is close to 1200 dollars and I still do not have a refund. The office staff is rude - have lied to me and my insurance company and when my insurance company asked the office staff for accountability of what they had told them the office worker hung up on her. Please read Mary's responses - they never address the issue, she always blames someone else, The counselors may care about the patients but the office staff clearly does not and are very abrasive and rude.\r

If Mary was so concerned because she is the Regional Office Manager - she would have called back and said she was working on my case but did not have a response for me. That's good customer service - Mary needs help with training her rude employees and she could use a few lessons herself.\r

My review is of the Folsom office but Mary is Regional Office Manager for both offices - beware!!!
