Linden Tree Family Health Ctr

My wife and I were clients of Linden Tree for seven years until we moved from Portsmouth 2012), seeing primarily Dr. Julie DeLeo. We were always treated with the greatest consideration and attention; were very pleased with our treatment and have no complaints at all. We found the people at the front window to be generally very busy, but, contrary to other posters, never rude or off-putting. Because they were busy, appointments had to be made well in advance, but they have an arrangement for same-day service when this is called for. We think they are great. more

I found the staff at Linden Tree Family Health Ctr to be professional and pleasant. Very happy with my initial consultation, she was very personable addressed all my concerns. After reading the previous reviews, perhaps they've had a change of staff? more

I wanted to enroll my family at this Doctor's office as it is within walking distance from my new home. Unfortunately the front office staff don't seem to want any new customers. I was given the run-around by an extremely unhelpful receptionist who drip-fed me information so that I had to return 3 times just to get registered. When I finally had their paperwork completed and tried to book an appointment I was told that 'the system is being used'. At this point I gave up and have registered elsewhere. I was so frustrated that I wrote a letter to Dr Bond complaining about the reception staff (as her name was first on the list of Doctors). I am not surprised that, 3 months later, I haven't received a reply. Cons: Dreadful reception staff more
