Poor customer service 8/9/2012

Last week Friday I was in this store to look for a bottle of wine to purchase. When choosing the bottle, I accidentally dropped it on the floor. The looks the casher and owner gave me were very dirty. I apologized and was charged for the broken bottle as well as an additional one. Being charged and paying for the broken one wasn't the issue, but I was cut and bleeding. I was not asked if I was okay, no paper towel to assist in helping with my bleeding and no kind words. The owner and the cashier were instead both rude to me. Now I understand the reason they have are no longer the store they once were before this owner took it over. I will NOT shop there again. more

Great wine selection 4/6/2006

It is rather unexpected in this location, but Lincolnshire has a large and very good selection of wines at reasonable prices. They also have other necessities, such as beer, liquor, candy, snacks, etc. The store is clean and easily accessible, and also has a good deli inside if you need a quick and delicious lunch. Definitely check them out if you are in the neighborhood! more
