I called to see how much it would cost to fix my tv.They gave me a quote of a $65 service call (which would go towards the total amount if I had them fix it),the cost of the part and then the amount of the labor. The estimate was about $300 which was in line with other estimates. He told me it would take 2 days to order the part. I said okay. I called the next day to find out when they thought they could fix it and he said,""Oh, you want me to order the part?. That was 1 whole day we lost which got us closer to the weekend. Long story short, 1 week later, He calls and says that the part was in but the price was now going to be more like $345 because of the part, I said that I knew how much the part cost and that it wasn't that much. I needed the tv fixed and it had been a week already so I was in a bind. After tax it cost me $365, more than any other quote I had gotten. If it had not already been a week I would have not had him fix the tv. It would have been okay if he would not have made me pay the $65 service call like he said in the beginning that was to have been put towards the total bill.\r
