I recently had my first massage at Lincoln Park Massage Spa (LPMS) and it was fantastic.

Worst

This was a very mediocre massage experience. I will not be returning to this place. The staff were not attentive and the message was not very good.

Very accomodating 9/26/2006

Every treatment then I've had had been wonderful. The staff is nice and the waiting area is cute & relaxing. They have almost always been able to accommodate my last minute appointments, or try as hard as they can. Great customer service! Pros: nice hidden facility, very unpretentious Cons: parking my be a little tough, not crazy about the piano music, but I haven't spoken up more

The Best Massage EVER!!! 8/20/2006

I just got back from my massage and have to say that Lauren did such a fantastic job! The girl has some strong hands! I am a hair stylist and needed a deep tissue massage. I have gone to other places and they did a decent job, but Lauren really got in there and worked most of the knots out. She'll probably need a massage herself after working on me! Good job, Lauren! And what a nice place as well. I felt very welcomed when I arrived. I will definitely be back! more

A wonderful experience! 5/21/2006

I attempted to surprise my boyfriend with a massage on his birthday. The attempt did not work and he missed the massage completely! The people at Lincoln Park Massage were so understanding and they let us rebook the massage for a couple weeks later. We ended up getting the couples massage and it was wonderful! Everyone was so nice and understanding, we will DEFINITELY be back! more

For those looking for the one, this is it!. Imagine you are in Italy,France well, you get the picture. I love the entrance of this place. The gates, the greenery around the building. It made me feel I was in another country. Once you step inside, I felt right away the personal attention. I was greeted by the receptionist in a very warmth feeling. I then was seated and offered tea, which I took. It was superb. It help me relaxed and prepare myself for my massage. The massage itself was also superb and very professional. The mirage on the wall of the therapy room paited a outdoor scenery made me meditate on my thoughts. The whole experience was wonderful!.Its very personalize, warm and friendly.Customer service is also excellent. more

if you have ever been to some of these "glitsy" spas then you know "all that glitters isn't gold". this lp spa is among the best without all of the things you don't need when you come to get a good massage. and that means something coming from a person who usually goes for the shinny things. this place is great. i received personal service from their therapist. the lobby is very cozy, like home and each of their rooms has a different scenery to set the mood. of course there was herbal tea and a warm neck wrap while i waited. speaking of waiting that was a big surprise, as there was none. after i was given my treats, before i was done with my tea my therapist was there to take me back. i have gone there a few times since and have made this my regular spot. Pros: reasonable pricing, personal service, not crowded Cons: street parking, no shower, no sauna more

I was offered a beverage and a warm herbal neck wrap to begin my relaxation. I was taken to one of their cute rooms called Desert Haze and it made me feel like I was in Scottsdale, AZ. I had a hot stone massage with Libby and it was heaven. The heat from stones warmed my body and Libby's massage was one of the best I've ever had. Since my first visit I've recommended Lincoln Park Massage Spa to numerous friends. All of them have had a fabulous experience. I'd like to keep this neighborhood spa a secret but I shouldn't be too selfish. Pros: validated parking, many types of massage, friendly staff more

This place was perfect. From the second you walk in to the time you walk out you are treated like a VIP. It is very comfortable and low key, perfect for the super divas to the more casual client. I felt right at home and enjoyed every minute I was there. more
