These apartments are very expensive. The one bedroom apartments are from 900$+.the apartments are spacious and have an in unit washer and dryer, but not worth paying such an exorb...

Couldn't even get a viewing 7/26/2014

My wife and I are looking to move to the area. Spent the last two weeks just trying to get a response so we can view an apartment. Multiple calls and emails went without a response. We tried to stop by the front office and "crash" visit but the leasing office was closed during open hours. If they're this difficult to communicate with during the selling phase I can't imagine the nightmare of submitting a work request or picking up packages. Completely unprofessional. more

Horrible! STAY AWAY! 7/11/2011

This place is a complete dump. 1. The elevators are slow moving and hot and often times it smells like garbage inside the halls. 2. My neighbor had their car keyed in their underground parking spot. 3.Moving out was a disaster. We moved all of our things downstairs and the lady in the office told us we had to put it all back in our apartment and even stopped our movers from moving things even though we had a POD to pick everything up on the way. We lived there from 2010 to 2011 and am so happy to have moved out. The rent is way overpriced given the lack of quality. more

If you decide on Lincoln Park, for sure, stay away from the leasing manager. They are a horrible management company more

Apartment at Lincoln Parc 5/13/2006

They do have very good parking, they do have nice lobby, they even have nice storage place but you know the rent, that is very high...it comes around 1000 for one bedroom...isn't high .. I think it will be good if they lower the rent little then i'll be finding this place very good.. more

Stay Away 1/16/2006

I stayed in Lincoln Parc in 2004 - 2005 and one thing i can say for sure.Maintenance has gradually decreased day by day .Even if you call the rental office , they wont pick up the phone. this complex was nicely maintained. The garbage collection bin overflowed nearly on a daily basis.I do not recommend this place. more

These apartments are very expensive. The one bedroom apartments are from 900$+.the apartments are spacious and have an in unit washer and dryer, but not worth paying such an exorbitant amount. No dogs are allowed here.Parking and additional storage are also provided, But nothing accounts for such a huge rent. You can same facilities at a lesser rent in many other apartments more
