i was so appalled by almost all aspects of this place. where do i start? i will start with pricing. i usually dont shop around to much. i find if i spend to much time shopping around, i talk myself out of the purchase. but on this occasion i decided to check a couple other stores and found that not only was it cheaper at other places ( at one place by 1/2) it was a more welcoming feeling at the other place. like i said in the pro section, the one good thing about this place was a designer named Mary. she was a great help, not to pushy (unlike the lady who was sitting at the front desk another time i visited, babs i believe) and she didnt seem snooty or like i was wasting her time and she had better things to do with her time. which by the way its looked on the occasions ive gone in, other people have also figured out that you can find almost everything in this store at another store at half the price. i think i have been the only shopper in the store on all visits ive made.
please heed my warnings if you see a man about 5'6"" i his 50s coming your way, quickly make way in another direction. this man is the most hyper thing ive found since my neighbor moved in with his Chihuahua. you just want to out him under a glass and watch in amazement and see if he wears himself out.
if you were thinking about going in and shopping for some nice accessories to beat the heat, forget it. they dont have many. so much looks outdated and trust me.....its probably hotter in this place than outside. remember........you will find it cheaper. this place is not used to having other furniture companies around to make question there pricing. because it is way over priced.
Pros: have not found one
Cons: any you can think of
