Lime Light Bar & Grill

This is an excellent bar! The drinks are strong and cheap just like you like them lol. When you go in to Lime Light the staff is so kind and friendly first of all, then the music is nice. They have a great variety from Rap to Rock and even R&B music. All people of every race comes to Lime Light to have a good time and do Karaoke together every Wednesday night. My family and friends have been celebrating there for over 2 years now and some of the people doing karaoke there can really sing! I feel like I am at a free concert lol. more

We usually go there for lunch. One night we decided to go in the evening, 9:10 pm. We walked in the door and see the specials for the day on the wall, Fish & Chips $6.99. I told the waitress an order of ""fish & chips"" and pointed to it on the specials of the day menu which showed $6.99. She never said anything about the “fish & chips”, just took our order and left. When the bill came there was an extra charge of a $1.00. I asked about the $1.00 charge. I was told dinner was an extra dollar. I told her I didn’t order dinner, I ordered the $6.99 fish and chip special. She said anything ordered after 4:00pm is dinner and showed me the top of the special menu where it states “Lunch – Includes Soft Drink, Dinner – Additional 1.00 Includes Soup, Salad, or Coleslaw”. Doesn’t state dinner is after 4:00pm and the waitress never asked us if we wanted soup, salad, or coleslaw. She just brought coleslaw with the fish & chips. I believe Lime Light purposely deceives their customers. The sign at the door should have said $7.99 since it was after 4:00pm and the waitress should have said “It’s a dollar more for dinner and it comes with soup, salad, or coleslaw.
