Procedure on 9/13/11 9/14/2011

I was alarmed that my visit yesterday was an additional $1000. Thought I prepaid this procedure. Came home and read the fine print, and see I am wrong (again). I have a fortune in my mouth, must reconsider future procedures. I was treated very well and thank you for that. Flora aka 'Trouble' more
