Quality Work, on Time plus a 'loner' when needed 2/11/2016

I buy used cars foreign and domestic). drive them hard, and maintain them well. Lima can fix anything on any car - done well and on time. Quality parts and lubricants are used and I've never had them do anything my car did not need. more

Even when I ask for specific request, if the system checks out okay they alert me the the service or repair is not required. They don't take advantage of the situation. They have integrity in their business. more

Great customer service...Chris explained to me what my car needed done and how much it would be, then he took the time to show me how dirty my car filters were, explained what my car needs to have done next...and they have great discounts. more

Customer focused 12/10/2015

Customer focused I think this is a great place to take your vehicle for repairs I've been looking for an honest mechanic and I believe I found one the prices are very reasonable and they are a customer focused I couldn't make it to the shop to pick up my truck so he brought my keys to me where I was working so after I was done I can go get my truck I was in a tight spot and that help me get out of it and they're very honest I'll go back for sure more

Great, Thorough, Service 12/3/2015

I had a really good experience taking my Jeep to Lima Auto Repair. It was my first time taking my vehicle to them, and I was really concerned because my Jeep needed to be checked and get ready for a smog check. Though the guys at Lima were nice and friendly and helped with my concern for they thoroughly made sure my Jeep was fixed and ready. I especially liked that they made SURE and tell me when my Jeep was completely good and ready for that smog check. Which was something I really appreciated. Not only that, they were quick with my repairs which is very convenient. So yes, I would recommend this place to friend. more

Exceptional 11/4/2015

I've taken my car here a few times and they have always provided the best service. Having to get your car fixed sucks, yet they have always done everything they can to make my life easier. They honestly treat me like I'm family. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else. more

I was so incredibly pleased with the customer service as well as their service on my car. They were able to take me in that same day to emergency fix my brakes and get them done in time for me to drive home that night. more

Quick, affordable, honest 10/6/2015

I wrote this on Yelp, but I recently moved to Southern California and I was dreading the day something happened to my car. As a girl that doesn't know alot about cars, I was scared to be taken advantage of and overcharged. Thankfully, I taken great care of, and when I consulted with my Dad he agreed with everything Chris told me and was really impressed by how much I was charged. I will definitely be going back to Lima's in the future. more

I have been going here for years, Lima Auto Repair is the best. They actually go the extra mile for there customers. (And if they don t they have to suffer the wrath of Annie!) They are very knowledgeable, and all work is done correctly and at a fair price. The put the customer first, and will work with you to keep costs down and your car in safe driving condition. It is what you use to expect from a fine mechanic from years ago. It is great to have a team like that, ones you can trust, to keep both me and my car on the road!
