Kristen is fabulous, wonderful and a genius at picking the most beautiful dresses in the Dayton area. I had a total of 4 places that I wanted to go and try on dresses but I called and cancelled ALL of them after stopping here!! The salon is gorgeous and its never over crowded with people. It truly felt like I had the shop to my self!! The dress selection is amazing and one of a kind!! Trust me, you will NOT look like every other bride with a dress from Lillian's. The pricing is not outrageous either. I looked like I spent thousands of dollars and knew that I was the only bride ever in the world to wear my dress!! \r Bahar, the alterations up stairs, is a superstar in her own right!!! Her, Kristen and I custom created additions to my dress that were unbelievably beautiful for not too much money. I loved every minute I spent in that shop with both Kristen and Bahar!!! \r I can not stress enough, if you want to wear a dress that no one else has ever worn, Lillian's Bridal is the place to go!!! more

Loved my experience at Lillians! The consultants were great, I have dealt with Rhonda the most though. Bahar is an alterations genius! She did my wedding dress as well as my MOH and bridesmaids dresses. She also has better alterations prices than Altar Bound, Davids, and Alfred Angelo does. I highly recommend Lillians. I went to Lillians just to look around.I was very impressed by the set up and elegance.Kristen is the owner and is very inspiring.I reccommend goin and giving it a chance. more

\r \r I found my wedding dress at lillians.. I LOVED my dress...however, the lady selling me the dress, RHONDA, was the most obnoxious woman I had ever met. She talked non-stop about herself, she put dresses back I had picked out because she didn't like them for me, she made the comment when I was buying my dress ""would you like a smaller size than what you wear?"" I said no, I want the size that fits why? And she then asked ""Well aren't you going to diet before your wedding?"" Who says that? AND WORST OF ALL....my dress came in 3 inches too short. I mean 3 inches off the ground too short. Also, it didnt fit...at all. I am only 5'8''...thats not that tall....and only 150 pounds..thats not that fat!! So it shouldn't be that hard to find a dress that fits...right?? Well, Rhonda never measured me! So, instead of trying to help us figure out what to do, Rhonda was rude and said I was wearing the dress wrong....if I pulled it down anymore my chest would have fallen out!! Rhonda was extremely rude and unhelpful. She FINALLY after 2 hours of arguing admitted that she messed up by not measuring me. And the best they could do was ship it back to CHINA and get it back 10 days before my wedding!!!! So I found a new dress somewhere else...definitely not worth the stress! SOOOO..dont go there..and if you do...don't let Rhonda help you...your ears will bleed from listening to her talk. more

You'll walk into Lillian's and feel like you're entering a spa! It's comfortable with relaxing music and a water feature to boot. Once your appointment starts, you'll be led to this amazing fitting room- 3 large mirrors to give you a great view of gown, curtain for privacy, and a private sitting room where family and friends can relax and enjoy. Kristen, the owner and the one who puts you in your gowns, will ask a few questions and then you're on your way. They send you out to look for any gown that catches your attention. Once you've made your picks you start trying them on. Kristen is a pro in reading body shape and getting you into a gown that will suit you best. I am petite and small framed and she knew immediately that I would need trumpet or mermaid. Because she was getting me into gowns that suited my body, I was able to feel better about my choices. Finally I found the one! There was an immediate celebration with all staff members and accessories were being tossed my way. By the end of my time there I was on such an emotional high due to the experience I had! Best part: My dress was only a little over $800! I was looking at a gown in Cincinnati for over $4,000 but thought that I'd look at Lillian's before committing! I feel in love with the way I looked and felt in the dress at Lillian's! And the magical experience they provide can't be given a price tag. Pros: Prices of dresses, gown knowledge, friendly staff more

i was very pleased with lillians. they were very professional and helpful. you are not cramed into one little fitting room. you have 2 huge rooms to your self and they make you feel like a princess. they do not do any alterations there. they have an outside team that does all of that. i would refer all my friends and family to go to them. more

I have a friend getting married in another state and needed to get measured for a dress (3 simple measurments - bust, waist, and hips). Lillians would not take my measurements since the dress was not purchased at their store. I have been there before and wasn't impressed last time either. They don't have much of a selection. I went to a tuxedo place, and they took my measurements - eventhough they do not specialize in women's dresses. more
