long wait 3/17/2011

There was a sign on the door that says if your child goes in alone that they will recieve and expresso and a puppy. I read this to my kids and encouraged them to go alone. When we were done after a very long wait the receptionist acted like she didnt know what we were talking about. First of all we had two appointments one at 8:30 and one at 8:50 and neither of my kids went in until after 9. After they were done we had to wait for the one dentist working in the office and there were 3 other people ahead of us as I was told by the hygienist. My kids were bored and tired and afterwards didnt recieve the free expresso they were waiting for or the puppy. more

Excellent 3/9/2011

I enjoy going to the dentist now! I love all the office staff, they are friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Atkinson is very caring and, in my opinion, is a perfectionist which is what someone would want in dentist. I am very happy with the work that he has done for me and I am thrilled to find a place that will work with me on paying for my procedures. I have had multiple root canals and never felt pain during any of them. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes for a scheduled appointment. I am glad that I "shopped around" until I found Lillian Miller. more

Awesome Dental Practice 2/25/2011

Scheduling was quick and easy. Wait time was less than 10 minutes. As much as I dislike the thought of going to the dentist this was actually pretty quick, easy and painless.I just had a root canal done. The employees and doctor provided awesome service. They got me in fast and set me up on an affordable payment plan. I will recommend Lillian Miller Dental to everyone. more

All was good until i got to billing 1/21/2011

The dentist and his assistant were wonderful. However, there seemed to be confusion regarding my bill and then I believe the lady who was helping me with a payment plan starting talking out loud about things she might have wanted to keep to herself. It was awkward and the work had already been done. I felt like someone forgot me out front after my appointment and before meeting with the financial lady. I understand we sometimes make mistakes and i hope that is all this was. more

Summary of experience 1/19/2011

I appreciate the fact that you provide many services at one location including extractions, fillings, crowns, and dental hygiene. I find your invoices very frustrating. I want to be able to make sure that insurance has paid the correct amount and that I have paid the balance but I can't get that information from your invoices. more

not one I would like to have again 1/18/2011

The visit started poorly when the reminder call came in and I was informed my child's visit time was changed and if that did not work, "oh well". Then the lack of communication when the dentist was late and we were expected to wait without that knowledge. Afterward, we were not given notice of my daughter's needed treatment. I called and no one was available to discuss this situation so I asked for a return call. That has still not occurd. Please have someone show me you want my children as your patient. more
