Sandy (the owner) and her employees are always polite, professional, thoughtful, extremely helpful and friendly. The quality of their merchandise is above all other resale in the Greater Houston Area and even better than some retail stores! Now they may buy your items outright too, so you don't have to wait until your things sell, to see your money and with 20% more paid if you choose to take it in store credit, you just can't beat it. I am the proud grandmother of twins. They are 18 months now and starting daycare so they need additional clothing. A friend of mine suggested Lil Tykes re-sale. Upon my first visit I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the store and the wide variety of items, from toys, strollers, carriers, lamps pictures and of course adorable name brand clothes all in excellent condition. I left with 3 darling shirts and a pair of jeans and a sweater, all under $16!! I have since returned with my daughter-in-law who was also equally impressed with the selection, store location & I know this sounds odd but the lack of that ""re-sale"" odor that I have often noticed in other stores. We again were able to find clothing and shoes for such very reasonable prices! I would recommend this store to all mothers of young children! more

I stumbled across Lil Tykes about a year ago and have been visiting regularly ever since. The staff is EXTREMELY friendly and helpful! I tell ALL my friends with children to go here. Great prices and great brands!!! more

I have shopped at Little Tikes for many years. When you walk into a shop, you expect the shop and the staff to look clean and nice. The staff, with the exception of the owner, look like they rolled out of bed. They wear cut off shorts, like daisy dukes, tank tops, and walk aound smacking gum. You would think that there are rules for staff members, but not here. Over the years there have been a staff member who has consistently been unprofessional and rude. She doesn't care if you have been shopping there for years or just walked in. She could care less about the job and you. \r The selection of clothes has gone down hill over the years. I use to find all famous name brand clothing by the bundles. But I see now that customers and consigners have come to the same conclusion that I have today. We will take our business elsewhere. \r There are other real high quality clothing and great selection consignment stores in nearby cities that will be getting my money! more

There is always a warm greeting awaiting me when I arrive at Lil Tykes Trading Post. Then it is not long before my arms and both hands are packed full of the wonderful clothes and accessories available. They have many items that are brand new and some that are gently used, so gently I wouldn't call them used at all. And did I mention the amazingly reasonable prices....they even have section were everything is a dollar!!!\r I LOVE THIS PLACE & will keep coming back every chance I get! The shop is ever changing and never ceases to amaze me with the selections and how much I can get for my dollar. Pros: All more
