Roy K service call 1/26/2019

As usual, Roy arrived on time and proceeded to do the inspection. He reviewed the results with me and was on his way. I asked for assistance with a security light in my yard and he checked on it. We have scheduled an appointment for him to handle this issue. If we can take care of that I will be a really happy customer as I have unable to find assistance and then I thought of Lightning Service. Thanks. more

They did an excellent job installing our home generator. The entire team was willing and capable of answering all my questions prior, during, and after the installation and were responsive to any request I had. I would highly recommend them to any one. Job well done. more

Fantastic Service 7/18/2018

Roy was very knowledgable and efficient. He has great communication skills and explained the work he was going to do in an easy to understand manner. He changed my lighting fixture/ceiling fan quickly and replaced the corroded wires. After dealing with Roy, I have the utmost confidence in his ability and trust him with the safety of my home. He also did a great job of cleaning up after completing the job. more

Excellent team players!!! Highly recommended 4/5/2018

Recently had somewhat of a custom requirement for updating controls for an older HVAC system in a Mid City office building. Barry (Owner) and two of his team members (Scott & Paul) came in an assessed the situation, came up with a package to solve/update our system and installed it. While the installation exposed other issues, Scott and Paul worked through them all expending additional hours above and beyond that originally figured for the job. In the end, everything worked perfectly and as proposed! This is a perfect example of a Company/team that stands behind what they promised, keeps you advised/update as they proceed and then stands behind the original quote! Everything works perfectly and I couldn't be happier with the final results! It simply doesn't get any better than that!!!! I highly recommend checking with Lightning Service for all you A/C and Electrical needs BEFORE dealing with another local A/C or electrical company! more

Generac 20KW Installed 2/6/2018

Excellent initial consultation followed up with an on-site survey that addressed all of our concerns. The installation was completed in less than a day with the entire yard left spotless. Both the initial consultant and the site evaluator related we may need a larger gas meter regulator and they were right. After the gas company installed the larger regulator, the Lightning team returned within 2 days and completed the test run and initial break-in. A few days later we lost power for about an hour and the system kicked in flawlessly. You may pay more for their service but I can tell you, you get what you pay for: A quality Generac whole house generator installed with precision, care and first class service. more

Generator Service 11/10/2017

Scott performed our yearly services on our Generac Generator. He was very professional and polite and identified himself when he ran the doorbell. Services were performed and completed. He explained what had been done and said if we had any problems don't hesitate to call. He also explained the three service plans for next year and left the explanations with me to decide and said call when we decide. more
