I love this product, and you have great service. Henry Leon was great and efficient. I really appreciated that he even covers his shoes before he came in my home, so that he would keep everything clean. Yes he cleaned up after himself. I didn't have to do anything and that was great. If and when I need service again I hope that they send me Henry L. again. more

Rainsoft Service 2/28/2017

We called to set up a service appointment since our records showed the system had not been serviced since 2014. The office staff was very helpful in looking up our record and scheduling the service call. The technician arrived at the time he said he would be and completed the job while answering all of our questions about the system. All things considered, it worked out well. more

Lifetime Clean Start Repair 2/9/2017

Martin arrived on time. He repaired the problem quickly and professionally. As i watched him work, he explained what he was doing. Finally, when the repair ended, he made sure his work space was clear. My wife and I appreciated the great job that he did. more

Whole House Soft Water System 1/12/2017

I had my soft water system installed 12/18/15 and have loved it ever since. It does all that was described by your associates. The installation went smooth and the technicians who installed it were very nice and professional. I have not had any trouble with my system until the drinking water filter beeped on the machine to remind me to call for maintenance service which I did and this will be done 1/17/17. more
