The question was: "Is your Fitness Center fit?" ABSOLUTELY!! Boot Camp promised me results and thats just what I got! RESULTS I have lost 18lbs since MLK Day in Jan. The program is a monthly enrollment, and for $200 you get 3 60minute classes a wk for 4 wks. And as Boot Camp would imply we "drill" daily from 5am (class start time) til 6am (finish). We begin by running 1.5 miles then we do cardio strength training, we do CORE abdominal work... we do push-ups and set-ups, and squats, and lunges, and jumping jacks, and jumprope, and pulls-ups, and chinlifts, and leg kicks, and spints, and suicide drills, and crabwalks across the classroom, the list goes on and on. It has increase my moral, my self esteem, Ive lost weight, Im stronger and I feel better about me! SO yes I can say my fitness club is DEFINATELY fit!
