Today was my first visit to a ""med spa"" and I couldn't be happier. I took my time and read reviews, researched different places and checked out everyone on BBB. The Lifestyle Center has an A+ rating and is accredited with them, when I mentioned this to the consultant she was very proud of their rating with BBB and I think that shows pride in what you do. I went in for a consultation for Botox & Juvederm for small crows feet and nasal lines, after filling out a short form I met with Merrill the consultant and she was very well informed on many multiple procedures as my daughter was there also for a fat transfer consultation. She recommended Dysport & Radiesse to me and also showed me the monthly specials and pricing UP FRONT. She answered every question I had, was extremely polite and I enjoyed my time during the consultation and was confident in her recommendations. My appointment was 2 days later, I was greeted promptly and then met by Amy the RN who would be performing my injections at my choice instead of the Dr. Amy was also extremely professional and was happy to answer any questions and understood my nervousness. She had me hold a mirror and explained everything she was going to do, how much she was using and why, she took time going over everything with me. Let me add that the consultant and RN both went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely be revisiting the Lifestyle Center and recommending them to all my friends & family. I've been going to the Lifestyle Center for a few years now. I was going to another place in West County that advertises a lot, and they were ok...but I work in Clayton and live in Maplewood, so if I can avoid major highways, I do. The other place only did botox on Fridays so I had to fight traffic after work. Blah, blah, blah. I'm really happy I switched. The nurse there is great. The reason I am writing a review is because after a year of thinking about getting filler and talking to Amy about it and making appointments and cancelling appointments, I finally DID IT . I got 2 vials of radiance in my cheeks and around my nose. It hurt a little more than I expected and I was a little more swollen than I thought I would be. But I didn't have any bruises even though she said I probably would. I really LOVe , LOVE, LOVE the way it looks now. The swelling last ed 2 full days, but no one noticed . When I decided to look into laser hair removal I went to different centers around town. My first appointment quoted a price so high I thought it was riduculous, thousands of dollars. I left that appointment thinking I was not going to be able to afford it. I continued my search and ended up at the Lifestyle Center. I could not believe the difference in the cost. I could easly afford what I had always wanted. My results are even better! The staff is great. You can tell everyone that works at the Lifestyle Center loves their job and it shows in their customer service. I have gone on to do other services with the same great results. more

I was a little nervous when I happened upon these bad reviews after my appointment, but I couldn't be happier with my Dysport treatment. My treatment was done by Amy who was very personable and professional. I look 10 years younger and paid $150 less than my girlfriends who go elsewhere. If anything changes I will update this review, but for now, life is good. more

I got a Juvederm done before my wedding, and they put too much in one side. I had to go back twice to even out my face and they charged me both times!! I am still uneven and out lots of money. I have been to other med spas out of state that were so much more professional! Also, the girls doing the procedures are not sure what the procedures are supposed to do. Five months later I have to go to another doctor to get some symmetry back in my face. Stay away!! more

The staff is unfriendly and rude! They offer packages with 5 or 11 procedures and told me that if I get the 11-procedure package I should not need any additional ones. I was complaining every time that I don't see difference in the ares treated and they were assuring me that I will notice soon. Well, after 2 years and 11-procedures done, the area looks almost the same as it looked before treatment. I wonder what a rip-off is for people that took the 5-procedure packages? Needless to say, I am very disappointed and wasted a lot of money more

I purchased Laser hair removal package and was excited to start going there. However, every time my visits lasted no longer then five minutes for the two areas and I could tell they didn't cover the areas with the laser. I was burned too. Kept going since I paid a lot of money but the laser hair removal had no effect even after 10 visits. Complaining didn't help at all. It is a rip-off. I told my friends not to go there. I know it's not their job to entertain, but a little personality would be helpful. Every time I've been too The Lifestyle Center, I've been treated like it should be a blessing that they took my appt versus them being thankful I don't take my business elsewhere, which is exactly what I did.
