The month to month membership options is a sorry joke. I went to quit. I wound up paying for 60 days I'm not going to use. In spite of my attempts to get it canceled that month they insisted on a further payment, and even called me on my cell. Free teen membership? Yeah right. Only if they're available certain hours. If not you're out of luck. I know because I tried to get my daughter into the free teen membership. Of course the available hours just happened to be during my corresponding working hours. As for the trainers and lifestyle path- you better be prepared for a self guided tour unless you're willing to spend money on a personal trainer. You can get the same thing at Planet Fitness five miles down the road for FREE! When I had a severe concussion at the gym their response was to merely to get me to sign a waiver relieving them of responsibility. The staff didn't know what to do. Thankfully for me a fireman was working out and knew how to make sure I was ok. They do offer classes but they cost. Finally you can get everything you need to train for $15 dollars less at Planet Fitness just down the street. If you want classes and saunas go to Lifestyle Family Fitness but if you're serious about getting into shape and getting your money's worth avoid this place at all cost. Detailed instruction is available but like everything else at LFF it cost extra. I came to this gym from spending years at Golds. This place is huge, new, and is filled with burly equipment. They have plenty of stuff to use, and you rarely have to wait to use anything, even during peak hours. All of the cardio equipment is sturdy and clean, and the staff is always friendly. I would gladly recommend this place to anyone. Pros: Lots of space, lots of equipment Cons: No pool (if you care to swim) more
