VERY HAPPY 10/1/2009

I have been transfered about 3 times from other clubs that have closed and landed at LIFESTYLE, I judged lifestyle from the outside (in the old Lowes grocery store), WOW, I was so pleased when I walked in, Very nice, helpfu,l great equipment! OPEN til 11 pm. Music videos are OK wish they were more up to date on the music and vids, But I am VERY pleased for thr price! Pros: Great location for us in WEST CARY more

Very Disappointed in Customer Service 11/18/2008

I would like to make a complaint. I was told that I would receive a 30 Day comfort guarantee and would receive my refund within 30 days. When I call called to check on my refund the date changed from 30 days to 4 to 6 weeks. I find this to be very misleading. Also, customer service with an attitude. I know I cancelled but my gosh I recommended LFF to my co-workers and I will have to tell them NEVERMIND this place is not what I thought it was. more

Beware of contracts and giving them your credit card number 11/26/2007

Be careful of the contract hooks. We walked in and asked to cancel our membership and they said ok, it was taken care of. Three months later we were still being charged on our VISA and they would not refund the money. more
