Best Storage Facility 9/13/2011

The facility was unbelievably clean and the employees were so kind and considerate. The prices were very good and the cheapest around the area. One of my larger boxes fell apart on the way to my storage unit and Nikki offered me a free box and helped me take the rest of my stuff to my unit. It was an exeptionally hot day on the day I was moving and another employee drove around and offered me and my helpers cold water. Overall my experience was amazing and I would definitely recommend this facility. more

Stor-it Experience 8/28/2011

There was a big tornado that went through while our stuff was being stored, this caused our unit to flood and then we had to move into another unit. It was an overall pain to move our stuff, stor-it did provide dry boxes and tape and towels to help with the move. We probably will not be going back, but other then the flooding from the tornado it was fine. more

A wonderful storage facility with great customer service! 7/6/2011

We rented a storage unit from Stor-It Storage Kings for approximately 7 months while trying to sell our home and move to a new one. The management team at Stor-It Storage Kings is one of a kind - awesome! The office staff was always helpful and friendly. I felt the staff also was great at communicating with customers. I always received updates from this company via email. I was shown several different rental storage units so I could make the best decision based on my storage needs. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to all my friends and family. If I need storage in the future, I know who I will call! Great company with great service! more

Great experience!! 5/9/2011

Storing Stor-it Kings was a GREAT experience!! We had 2 climate control and 2 regular units for 6 months while our new home was being completed. The entire staff was very friendly, and the prices were the best around!! Will use again! more
