Life Storage of Elgin is the best for storage. The storage units are very clean, heated and unheated and there customer service/sales team is fantastic, very helpful and courteous. I definitely recommend them to any one who needs storage, they also rent out business suites as well.\r Thank you Life Storage of Elgin. more

The staff at Life Storage in Elgin are the best. My search for an office to lease stopped after I visited them. Susan took me on a tour of several different size suites and made sure I selected the right one for my business. The office suites at Life Storage are the best value around. more

Outstanding Customer Service 6/7/2011

My experience with Life Storage has been great! Everyone was very knowledgeable about the products and services. Anything I needed to use was readily available to me and the facility was immaculate! Great coffee and easy- to -use dollys for convience. The staff was extremely helpful and they were always present to answer any questions I had. Thank you, Life Storage! more

The customer service provided by Paul Menzel the Store Manager was extraordinary! When it comes to knowing LifeStorage’s products Paul Menzel your man, it leaves little to imagine as to why he holds the position as store manager. He was upfront and straight forward on the prices and my needs. I have never been more satisfied in saying that you get what you pay for from LifeStorage “piece of mind”. Not only do I give the Elgin- LifeStorage location 5 stars, but I also am pulling for JD Powers acknowledgement, which in my case is better than any number of stars! Keep you the superb job in maintaining highly trained and professional personnel LifeStorage. more

Can't top this place! 4/11/2011

I've used storage units on and off for about 10 years and I've never had such a wonderful experience as with Life Storage in Elgin. The facility is always clean, brightly lit and the security is great. The staff are friendly and helpful in more ways then what is required of them. I also researched the prices in the local area and they have the best price for what they have to offer. I couldn't be more pleased and plan on a long term relationship with this company. more

#1 Storage Facility in IL. 3/4/2011

Hi, I have had nothing but GREAT service, very friendly staff and a great experience with Life Storage in Elgin. I have been a member since 2009 and my storage payment has barely gone up. I plan on staying with Life Storage for another 2 years before I move. The facility is very clean. The staff is very helpful and will give you the best rate. I reccommend this Storage place to anyone and I have referred alot of my friends here. So check it out. more

Elgin's Best Storage Facility 2/3/2011

Unbelievable!!! That's all I can say about this place. You know I expected to go there and get that typical car salesman type of treatment. You know where they try to get you to buy stuff you don't want or need? Not from these guys. I also expected them to be sitting there watching tv or taking a nap like I see at other storage places. When I walked in, they stood up and greeted me with a nice firm handshake. They took me on a tour and once we were back in the office, they asked me if I wanted to rent. These guys sure know their stuff. I would definately recommend them to everyone I know that needs storage. The place was clean, secure, wet lit, and priced reasonably. Did I mention the Starbucks Coffee? Yeah that's free also. Run don't walk to this place before they are all full. You won't regret it. more

This is a great facility with everything you could need for moving. Their security is great, cameras everywhere, good prices and great management. I also rent at another Lifestorage facility for my business needs, but put my home items here. I won't go anywhere else and I try and tell everyone about this company.\r \r The facility is very clean, and it's very well lit. Their prices are unbeat for what they offer. I highly recommend this facility. more
