Excellent Child Care In West Seattle 6/5/2008

My children have been at Gatewood Learning Center for 4 1/2 years. The staff is excellent and makes sure to let me know how the day went. They have a healthy food program and their pre-school program for 4 year olds really prepared my kids for kindergarten. I would highly recommend GLC to anyone. In addition, their new facility on 35th and Cloverdale is beautiful with ample parking and a number of outdoor and indoor play areas. Pros: Staff, facility, programs Cons: Need to have parents interact with eachother more more

Meets every child's need 8/9/2006

Gatewood has been our childcare provider of choice for 3 years and I cannot say enough about the experience. Everyone is so loving and wonderful. From the second I went on the tour, I could tell Gatewood was the place for my child. They took time with me everyday to let me know how my son's day went. The personal attention for my family was great. The curriculum and program was great. Each classroom has age appropriate activities for the children, and I have seen my child flourish since we have been there. Pros: Family Oriented, Cost Effective, Great Curriculum Cons: Semi-large classrooms, Not much Parking, On a semi-busy street more
